 Check the destination server to see that it is listening on the same URI and it has certificate configured for MTLS. Other reasons might be network connectivity issues between the two servers.

+V úložišti certifikátů serveru zkontrolujte úložiště "Důvěryhdoné kořenové certifikační autority". Ujistěte se, že v tomto úložišti jsou pouze certifikáty podepsané svým držitelem (certifikáty, ve kterých je vlastnost certifikátu "Vystaveno pro" stejná jako vlastnost certifikátu "Vystavitel"). Certifikáty mezilehlých autorit nalezené v tomto úložišti přesuňte do úložiště "Zprostředkující certifikační autority".\\
